Hello all,

 

Sinds kort heb ik Distress oxide en natuurlijk wilde ik daar graag mee spelen ;). Ik laat jullie vandaag zien hoe je een journal page kan maken met inkt en het geweldige nieuwe stencil van Julia!
 

Recently I have Distress oxide and of course I wanted to play with that;). I will show you today how you can make a journal page with ink and the amazing new stencil from Julia!

Dit heb je nodig:

- art journal

-ongeveer 5 kleuren distress oxide

- blending tool

- spray flesje water

- acryl blok

- heattool

- acryl marker en gel pen

-stencils by Julia Woning (grunge cirkels 470.765.005 en kisses pattern 470.765.004)

 

 You need this:

- art journal

- about 5 colors of distress oxide

- blending tool

- spray bottle of water

- acrylic block

- heattool

- acryl marker and gel pen

-stencils by Julia House (grunge circles 470.765.005 and kisses pattern 470.765.004)

 

Ik ben begonnen met de achtergrond, daarvoor gebruikte ik de volgende kleuren distress oxide. 

 

I started with the background, before that I used the following colors of distress oxide.

 

 

 Ik bracht de kleuren inkt aan op het acrylblok en bracht daarop wat water aan. Vervolgens stempelde ik de inkt in mijn journal. Met de heattool droogde ik de paginat tussen iedere stap. Als laatste bracht ik heel licht een van de stencils aan.

 

 I applied the colors of ink to the acrylic block and applied some water to it. Then I stamped the ink in my journal. With the hot dog I dried the page between each step. Finally, I lightly applied one of the stencils.

 

Daarna bracht ik met de kleur barn door en een blending tool het andere stencil aan. 

 

Then I applied the other stencil with the color barn and a blending tool.

 

 Als laatste schreef ik een quote, eerst met potlood en daarna met een acryl marker. Daarna bracht ik extra inkt aan op de rand met een kwast.

 

Finally I wrote a quote, first with pencil and then with an acrylic marker. Then I applied extra ink on the edge with a brush.

 

Ik vind hetaltijd leuk om teksten te gebruiken in mijn journal. Het schrijven vind ik altijd lastig, maar door het veel te doen gaat het makkelijker, dus ik blijf het gewoon doen!

I always enjoy using texts in my journal. I always find writing hard, but by doing a lot it's easier, so I just keep doing it!
