Hoi allemaal,

 

 

In de nieuwe collectie van Pronty zit een hele leuke Toolbox waar je allerlei (hobby)materialen in kunt opbergen en het leek me leuk om te laten zien wat je hiervan kan maken.

Ik hou heel erg van het werken met inkt en gebruikte dit dan ook om mijn Toolbox te maken, maar je kan natuurlijk allerlei andere materialen gebruiken.

 

Benodigdheden:

- Toolbox organizer 460.423.770

- Stencils Grunge 1 470.801.053 & Grunge 2 470.801.052

- Witte Gesso
- acryl verf

- Lijm

- Distress Oxide in verschillende kleuren

- Een stevig plastic zakje

- Koord

- Restjes lint in verschillende kleuren

Hi everybody,

 

In the new collection of Pronty is a very nice Toolbox where you can store all kinds of (hobby) materials and it seemed nice to show what you can make of this.

I really love working with ink and used this to make my Toolbos, but you can of course use all kinds of onther materials.

You need:

- Toolbox organizer 460.423.770
- Stencils Grunge 1 470.801.053 & Grunge 2 470.801.052
- White Gesso
- Acrylic paint
- Glue
- Distress Oxide in different colors
- A sturdy plastic bag
- Cord
- Remnants of ribbon in different colors

Ik ben begonnen door op alle onderdelen gesso aan te brengen, daarna heb ik ze geschuurd.

I started by applying gesso on all parts, then I sanded them. 

 

Daarna heb ik de delen die aan de binnenzijde komen geverfd met paarse acrylverf.

Then I painted the parts that came on the inside with purple acrylic paint. 

 

 

Ik zette de Toolbox in elkaar en gebruikte lijm om de onderdelen aan elkaar te verbinden.

I put the Toolbox together and used glue to connect the parts together.

 

Bij de verbindingen heb ik extra gesso aangebracht en toen het droog was heb ik deze voorzichtig geschuurd.

I applied extra gesso to the joints and when it was dry I sanded it carefully.

 

 

Daarna was het tijd voor de inkt! Ik bracht wat inkt aan op een plastic zakje, sprayde er wat water bij en bracht met het plastic zakje de inkt aan op de toolbox. Dit herhaalde ik verschillende keren met verschillende kleuren inkt.

Then it was time for the ink! I put some ink on a plastic bag, sprayed some water and put the ink on the toolbox with the plastic bag. I repeated this several times with different colors of ink.

Vervolgens bracht ik extra accenten aan met een blending tool en een stencil.

Op het randje plakte ik koord.

I stuck cord on the edge.

 

Vervolgens werkte ik de Toolbox af met verschillende lintjes en letters.

Then I finished the Toolbox with different ribbons and letters.
